I recently visited Anita through a recommendation. I am a full time, self-employed landscaper and had put up with chronic lower back pain and spasming for a few weeks before deciding to give the Deep tissue Therapy a try. After the first short treatment I was amazed at the results and was able to return to work with my mobility back to normal and virtually pain free.

Louise Hallett I have found that regular reflexology sessions have significantly improved my feeling of general well being and have particularly helped with improving my IBS symptoms. I have also had Hopi candles which have really helped ease some sinus problems. Mrs S Mitchard I have recently visited Ling Chi Holistic Therapies newly opened premises, for a treatment. Since my car accident 2 years ago I have had over 14 Chiropractor treatments that have helped. However, the ongoing injuries needed more muscles treatment than 'bone manipulation'. I have always had a monthly massage (usually in Bath) however, Ling Chi Holistic is situated just over a mile away so easier for me to visit. On phoning to make my appointment I was asked about any problems I was experiencing and gave a full history of my condition. The conversation was both friendly and very professional putting me at ease immediately. I was offered several treatments and given very detailed explanations as to the benefits. I opted for an aromatherapy full back, shoulders, neck & chest and some facial massage to help clear the stinking cold I could not shake off. The premises was easy to find with free parking within a few minutes walk. The treatment room is just the right size and beautifully furnished that gives a calm, relaxing feel as you enter. The treatment was explained fully and again benefits that I should feel.
Anita Light who was my therapist was wonderful. She made me feel relaxed immediately and very safe 'in her hands'. The treatment lasted for an hour with essential oils being placed under the table to help me breathe whilst work on my back began. I can't remember the last time I felt so good. The whole treatment was the best therapy session I have experienced. Several days after the session I am still feeling the benefits. I am returning in a few weeks for some work on my back involving heated pebbles. This will really help with the muscles that were badly damaged from the accident. I would thoroughly recommend anyone to pay a visit and find out about the benefits Ling Chi Holistic Therapies offer. You will not be disappointed. HM Stephens I recently had a hot stone treatment and a reflexology treatment with Anita and was really impressed by the quality and service.
