WHAT IS A HOPI EAR CANDLE?
Developed centuries ago by the tribe of Hopi American Indians, usually using bees wax and essential oils to make a cone like tube, one end is inserted into the outer ear whilst the other end is lit. The oils, warmth and smoke gently work to burn off impurities, boost the body's own immune & lymphatic systems and finally regulate the pressure within the sinuses, enabling the body to re-balance equilibrium and homeostasis.
